Introduction
These terms govern your use of GoTaggle. By creating an account you accept these terms as in effect at the time.
Acceptance
You must be at least 16 years old to use GoTaggle. By using the service you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have legal capacity to accept these terms.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You may not use GoTaggle for illegal or fraudulent activity, to harass other users, or to register objects that don't belong to you.
Subscriptions and payments
For now every GoTaggle plan is free. If we enable paid plans in the future, we'll let you know first; they will renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from billing settings.
Intellectual property
GoTaggle's software, brand, design, and content belong to us. Your content (registered objects, messages) remains yours; you grant us a limited license to operate the service.
Limitation of liability
GoTaggle is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the recovery of lost objects. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
Termination
We may suspend or close your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account anytime from settings.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where GoTaggle is legally registered at the time of any dispute (to be defined before launch).
