GoTaggle starts with a simple idea: your belongings should be able to identify themselves — without forcing you to write your name, address, or phone number on a sticker for the world to read.

The problem

Traditional labels — the marker-on-the-backpack kind — solve the easy case: if an honest person finds your stuff, they call. But they also expose you: they reveal where you live, who you are, how to reach you. And if you drop something in the street, that scribble washes off in the first rain.

The pitch

GoTaggle binds each physical object to a digital identity. When someone scans your tag — via NFC or by reading the QR — they see only what you choose to show: a message, an anonymous contact channel, an optional reward.

You stay in control:

• Change the message when you travel.
• Mark the object as lost and the public page updates instantly.
• Prove ownership with security questions or cryptographic NFC.
